CIAC Group is comprised of:

• Caribbean Investment & Acquisition LLC (“Caribbean Investment”) was founded in 2010 to acquire, manage and service commercial, industrial, and real estate sub-performing loans in Puerto Rico.  Since then, more than $700 million of commercial and industrial loans have been acquired and serviced and more than 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate managed.

• CIAC Consortium II LLC (“the Fund”) is a private investment fund founded and managed by Caribbean Investment.  The Fund co-invests in sub-performing loans and other debt-related investment opportunities.

• CIAC LLC co-manages more than $4.5 billion in loans and other obligations of the Government of Puerto Rico, its public corporations, instrumentalities, and municipalities.

• PRMF Fund LLC and PRMF LLC were recently created to play a central role in Puerto Rico's post-bankruptcy economic and social recovery by providing flexible direct lending and capital markets solutions to Puerto Rico’s municipalities, public corporations, and governmental agencies.
